Upon skimming the article, Dave Ulrich is a mormon, so it's not surprising he would quote something virtually direct from the Bible, but still, it's great to read something like that in a non-religious context.Along the same lines, this morning when Marie and I were praying, I was just going through the concepts, not the words, of the Lord's Prayer ... Marie said it was good to do that, because we easily forget the meaning behind the words.
